Its not a bad thing to meet people where they are, she says.
For example, yoga mainly focuses on building strength, stability, and flexibility.
We have numerous yoga elements, includingbreathwork, grounding,sun salutations, and ending withsavasana, she says.

We also integrate weights andjumping jacks.
She also believes that yoga in these controls can intensify the benefits of that practice.
Adapting that into other fitness prefs gives you the best of yoga while expanding your movement options.

Yoga has always been about beginners mind, where youre approaching the practice with openness and curiosity.
