The SPF of a product is tested using 2 milligrams per square centimeter applied very evenly to skin.
Powder doesnt stick to skin very well, so its very difficult to apply the correct amount.
Realistically, though, its probably even less than that.

Instead, the agency recommends sunscreen in forms like creams, sticks, butters, and gels.
I like to flick the brush before applying to ensure this.
Plus, remember that SPF isnt the only form of sun protection.
