Potato chips are my all-time favorite snack and the way to my heart.

Indeed, a potato can becooked in so many different waysthinkmashed,roasted, orsmashed.

However, this two-ingredient DIY potato chip recipe is simplicity at its finest.

All you need are super thinly sliced potatoes and a microwave.

Then, take your prepped and dried potato and start slicing away (I reiterate,verycarefully).

Note: The thinner the slice, the crispier the chipthink one-eighth of an inch or so.

Now the fun part: Prepping the potatoes for the microwave, which is the final step.

That said, theyll be best (and crunchiest) if served immediately.

But they certainly arent the onlyhealthy spud on the block.
