Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-low heat.

Add spinach, salt, pepper, and any other vegetables you want to add.
Cook by tossing occasionally, until the vegetables are soft and spinach is wilted.
Transfer the spinach to a plate, and wipe out the skillet.

Remove from the heat, gently fold in the green chickpea goddess sauce and serve.
